1. “I didn’t get my password or reset email.”
Don’t worry — this is very common. Do this: Wait 5 minutes. Sometimes the email is slow. Check EVERY folder in your email: Spam / Junk Promotions All Mail Updates Still don’t see it? 👉 Email us: [email protected] Send your name and the email you used to buy. We will send your password email to you fast.

2. “The email on my account is wrong.”
This usually means you typed one letter wrong when you bought the program. It happens to a lot of people. If you think the email is wrong or you no longer use that email: 👉 Email us: [email protected] Tell us: Your name The correct email you want A screenshot of your receipt (if you have one) We will fix your email and resend your login.

3. “I got the email, but the password link doesn’t work.”
No problem — this is a small tech issue on our side. Try this first: Open the email on a different device (phone or computer). Make sure you click the newest email, not an old one. If it still doesn’t work: 👉 Email: [email protected] Tell us: Your name The email on your account “My reset link is not working” We will fix it for you.

4. “I bought the program, but I don’t see it in my dashboard.”
Sometimes the system does not add you automatically. If you paid but don’t see your course: 👉 Email us: [email protected] Tell us: Your name The email you used Which program you bought A screenshot of your receipt (if you have it) We will add the course to your account.
